Washington Indian Gaming Association | | The Washington Indian Gaming Association (WIGA) is a non-profit organization of state Indian tribes that operate gaming programs. WIGA educates and disseminates information to the Indian gaming community, federal and state governments, and the general public on issues related to gaming in Indian Country.
Cocker Fennessy provides strategic communications to WIGA, including strategy for managing issues and matters before the legislature. Cocker Fennessy has conducted more than 16 focus groups and six surveys for WIGA. We also produce public education programs for the Association, including publications and television advertising.
