Cocker Fennessy has provided strategic communications advice and support since the agency's inception. Cocker Fennessy has also worked on several special projects for Sound Transit, including a feasibility study pertaining to young adult educational outreach opportunities, facilitating and assisting the communications director in developing Calm Waters (Sound Transit's communications plan), and a study concerning innovative research techniques for transit agencies.
