Seattle City Light | | Seattle City Light is a publicly owned utility providing electricity to customers in Seattle and some suburban cities.
Cocker Fennessy was retained to audit the agency's communications. We conducted a peer review of similar sized public utilities throughout the U.S., and interviewed City Light and other city staff. We provided recommendations to change the structure of the communications department, developed key messages, revised job descriptions, and helped inform communications priorities.
