Pike Place Market Preservation & Development Authority | | The Pike Place Market PDA is a not-for-profit, public corporation chartered by the City of Seattle to manage public properties in the nine-acre Market Historic District. The PDA also increases opportunities for farm and food retailing in the Market; incubates and support small and marginal businesses; and provide services for low-income people.
Cocker Fennessy developed a strategic communications plan in preparation for the Pike Place Market maintenance levy. We conducted research, identified key audiences, established a communications timeline, drafted key messages and prepared speaking points and collateral materials. The levy was approved by voters.
