Higher Education Funding Task Force | | The governor appointed a Higher Education Funding Task Force made up of business, civic and education leaders to provide recommendations for ensuring that more Washington state residents graduate from Washington's public colleges, especially with STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) degrees.
Cocker Fennessy was hired to provide strategic communications planning and advice, produce the Task Force report, garner media attention, reach out to editorial boards, develop public materials, and conduct outreach to stakeholders.
