The Cultural Access Fund is an initiative created by the Puget Sound Regional Council's Prosperity Partnership. The program is aimed at developing support for the funding needed to expand access for students, families and individuals to attend, participate in and experience culture; from arts organizations to zoos, museums, aquariums and regional science programs.
Cocker Fennessy has managed all aspects of local government outreach, research, communications and branding for this initiative.
